A small Romanian team that decided SMBs shouldn’t have to choose between an €800 ERP that barely works and a €50,000 SAP install. We built the alternative.

What OpsDeck is

OpsDeck is a modular ERP platform built by Servsoft Mag Web SRL, a Romanian company headquartered in Romania. Our mission is simple: make it possible for a 5-50 employee business to run on professional ERP software without burning their monthly budget on per-user subscriptions.

Unlike the well-known players (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite) who charge per user, per month, OpsDeck operates on a one-time license model per module: pay once, the system is yours, your data stays on your server, and maintenance (updates and support) is optional and billed separately.

Our foundation: three principles we never break — customer data stays in customer custody (self-hosted or private cloud in Romania), software is an asset they own (not rent forever), and pricing is transparent (published on the website, no hidden negotiations).

Pay once for a module license, get unlimited access — 5 users or 50, the price is the same. Maintenance is optional and separate, available monthly or annually.

Your data stays yours

Installed on your server or in private cloud in Romania (or your country). Never on a U.S. server. Full GDPR compliance, DPA signed at delivery, complete audit log included.

Modular — pay only for what you use

9 vertical modules (transport, hospitality, auto service, beauty, medical, construction, retail, real estate, fitness). Buy one, two, or all — they integrate natively.

Built in Romania, support in Romania

Local technical team. Phone and email support in English and Romanian. Response under 24h (or under 4h with Premium maintenance). Same time zone as most of EU.

Transparent pricing and milestones

All prices published on the website. All implementation milestones written in the contract with clear deadlines. No “let’s talk about price at the end”.

Compliant with EU regulations

GDPR-compliant by design, e-Invoicing ready, audit logs, multi-language. For Romanian customers: ANAF e-Factura, SAF-T, eTransport, RECOM — all up to date.

Servsoft Mag Web SRL founded
The company is established in Romania with a clear goal: build software for local SMBs without copying the subscription model of larger vendors.
2025 Q4
First module — TruckOps (Transport)
Started with road freight transport, where we identified the biggest frustrations: driver timekeeping, order management, cargo photos, document expiration alerts.
2026 Q1-Q2
OpsDeck brand launch + 5 new modules
Rebranded under the OpsDeck umbrella. Launched TableOps (hospitality), WrenchOps (auto), GlowOps (beauty salon), ClinicOps (medical), SiteOps (construction). Live websites at opsdeck.ro and opsdeck.eu.
2026 Q3-Q4 (planned)
Launch ShopOps, KeyOps, FitOps
Completing the vertical lineup: retail, real estate, fitness. Native mobile app for field roles (drivers, site managers).

OpsDeck Hub — connecting customers
Internal platform where ERP customers can offer each other services (carriers with cargo, restaurants with suppliers, etc.) — free for customers, small fee for outside parties.

Personally leads every customer relationship — from the first discovery call to delivery and maintenance. Believes a small Romanian company can build software as good as the major vendors, but with a closer customer relationship and more transparent pricing.
