Answers to what matters

What does "pay once" mean? Do I have to pay anything else?

You pay once for the license — the system is yours permanently. Maintenance (updates, support, backup) is optional, billed monthly or annually. You can drop maintenance anytime without losing your system.

Can I buy multiple modules at the same time?

Yes. Modules integrate natively and share the same account, customers, and accounting. We apply 15-25% discounts on combined packages.

How is my company data protected?

The system installs on your server (or private EU cloud). All data is encrypted, access protected with 2FA, automatic daily backup included in maintenance. GDPR compliant, we sign a DPA on delivery.

How long does implementation take?

Between 2 and 8 weeks, depending on the module. Standard modules (GlowOps, WrenchOps) — 2-4 weeks. Complex modules (TruckOps with GPS and driver app) — 6-8 weeks.

Does it work with my current invoicing software?

Yes. We have native integrations with SmartBill, Saga, FGO, Oblio, Cibola, Wise. For any other program, we can implement a custom integration on request (typically 2-3 working days).

Do you support EU funding / SME Digitalization programs?

Yes. We prepare technical documentation and offers for funding programs (NRRP, SME Digitalization, regional programs). We assist with the application in partnership with a consultant.
